We represent buyers, sellers, tenants, landlords, developers, creditors, distressed clients, and investment groups. Our real estate projects have included the development of national retail chain sites throughout the southeast United States, low-income (tax credit) housing projects, tax deferred transactions, development and sale of shopping centers, apartment buildings, hotels, acting as counsel in securitized loans, and general representation of sellers and buyers of improved and vacant land. Our real estate professionals work hand in hand with the other practice groups in the firm, utilizing the corporate, tax, and litigation expertise of the firm to provide comprehensive representation to our clients.
