• Sale of Thermafiber Inc., (a Cerberus holding) producer of mineral wool insulation products for commercial and industrial applications to group led by Altus Capital Partners
• Sale of major regional dairy distributor to Dean Foods
• Venture capital investment by Bank of Montreal in client internet company offering private banking, shopping and communications in a secure network for high net worth families
• Acquisition of EDS automotive e-catalog business by Australian client company
