Georgette Borrego Dulworth is the founding member of Borrego Dulworth PLLC, a corporate and business transactional law firm located in metropolitan Detroit, Michigan.  Borrego Dulworth PLLC has joined forces with Abbott Nicholson and is now Of Counsel to the firm. 

Ms. Dulworth represents corporate and individual clients on a variety of legal and business matters.  Ms. Dulworth’s practice specializes in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, including customer and vendor agreements, mergers and acquisitions, technology licensing agreements, confidential disclosure agreements and real estate lease agreements.  

Most recently, Ms. Dulworth served as General Counsel and Chief Financial Officer with responsibility for all legal, accounting, finance and human resource matters for a national, multi-service company specializing in the telecommunications and automotive industries.  She has also served as Corporate Counsel for a Tier 1 automotive tooling and equipment supplier.  Ms. Dulworth began her legal career as an Associate at Clark Klein & Beaumont (now know as Clark Hill, PLLC) in the Corporate Practice Group.

Ms. Dulworth graduated from Wayne State University in 1987 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Corporate Finance and in 1993 with a Juris Doctor degree. Ms. Dulworth is bilingual in Spanish and English.

Ms. Dulworth is a member of the State Bar of Michigan and a member of the Board of Directors of the Detroit Regional Chamber, the nation’s largest chamber. Ms. Dulworth serves as Program Committee Chair for the “Esperanza” Program of Boys Hope Girls Hope of Detroit, a sec. 501(c)(3) organization, which provides academic scholarships to Hispanic youth in southwest Detroit. Borrego Dulworth PLLC is a certified Michigan minority-owned business. Ms. Dulworth resides in Grosse Pointe Park with her husband, Daniel, and their four daughters.
